The prescribed attire for gentlemen is White Tie and Tails, the most formal dress code in the world.

• Jacket: Black tailcoat (tails) with silk satin peak lapels.

• Trousers: Matching black formal trousers with two silk satin stripes along the outer seam.

• Waistcoat: White piqué or marcella waistcoat.

• Shirt: White stiff-fronted shirt with a wing collar.

• Tie: White piqué bow tie.

• Footwear: Black patent leather oxford shoes.

• Accessories: White studs and cufflinks. White kid leather gloves are optional but encouraged for the opening ceremony.

Ladies are invited to embrace the grandeur of a Full-Length Ball Gown.

• Silhouette: Elegance and sophistication are key. The gown should be appropriate for active dancing while maintaining a majestic appearance.

• Gloves: Operatic gloves (above the elbow) are a distinguished tradition, especially for the opening ceremony, and are highly encouraged.

• Footwear: Elegant dancing shoes, typically closed-toe heels or dressy flats that can be worn comfortably throughout the evening.

• Accessories: Statement jewelry, embroidered clutches, and artfully styled hair (often up-dos) complete the look.

Note: While national dress or exceptionally elegant evening gowns of equivalent formality are always welcome, the standard for the evening is the full ball gown.
